Connect Search Console and Claude Code to AuditCrawl
1. Connect Google Search Console (read-only)
- Sign in to AuditCrawl and open the client site.
- Choose Connect Search Console on the site's pages. You are sent to Google.
- Sign in with a Google account that has access to the client's Search Console property, and keep the Search Console permission ticked.
- Back in AuditCrawl you see the last 28 days of real clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, plus top searches and page-two searches.
AuditCrawl requests the webmasters.readonly scope: it can read search data and cannot change anything in Search Console. Choose Disconnect at any time and Google stops giving AuditCrawl access. Without it, positions are estimates from third-party search result data. Details are in the privacy policy.
2. Set up white-label monthly client reports
- Open Settings and fill in your agency name, upload your logo, and pick your color.
- On each client site's Reports page, enter who receives the report (name and email).
- Send a test to yourself to see exactly what the client gets, then leave it: reports go out on the 1st of each month.
Clients open a private link with no login. AuditCrawl appears only as a small footer credit; removing it is a Pro feature, as is review-before-send. Want to see one first? Open the sample report.
3. Use AuditCrawl from Claude Code (MCP)
- In Settings, under Claude Code and other AI tools, name a token (for example “Claude Code”) and create it. It is shown once.
- Run the command shown, which looks like this with your own token:
claude mcp add --transport http auditcrawl https://auditcrawl.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <your-token>" - Ask Claude Code things like “list my AuditCrawl sites”, “show this week's tasks for example.com” or “get the AI prompt for that task”.
Available tools: list_sites, get_overview, list_tasks, get_task (with the ready-to-use AI prompt), update_task, add_task_note, get_evidence and search_console_report. Each token acts as you and you can revoke it any time.
What AuditCrawl does not integrate with
There is no connector to third-party SEO platforms (Semrush, SE Ranking, AgencyAnalytics and similar) today, and no analytics tracking code to install. If you want AuditCrawl's findings elsewhere, the reports are shareable links and the MCP tools return plain data. Compare the options in white-label SEO and AI visibility tools, or read the FAQ.
